Question 1: How does the process work?

We would have an initial call to discuss your overall challenges. You would then recieve a proposal which we would discuss and amend according to requirements. Once agreed, a final proposal with timelines, deliverables and costs will be sent to you for signoff.

Question 2: How do you charge for your services?

Typically, services are offered on a fixed cost project by project basis; be it sales process design, value proposition creation, business case development or seller coaching. All services are customisable and tailored to your specific requirements.

Question 3: Do you offer onsite consulting and training?

Yes, absolutly we do. Although 80% of our work is completed remotely. We do offer onsite workshops and training sessions. We are happy to discuss facilitating whichever mode suits your organisation.

Question 4: Can I just get a few hours of your time?

Yes, for sure. I keep a few hours free each week for "Power Hour Sessions" where my clients can book one to one sessions with me to bounce ideas around or ask specific questions. The cost for these "Power Hour" sessions is €120 per hour
